One Year at Software College

As one of the first batch of students at the Software College, it’s been a full year since I joined. At this time last year, we were all just becoming part of the Software College family. After a year of study, everyone has found their own goals and direction. Looking around, my classmates have all made great progress compared to a year ago.

This summer was the last summer of my university days. I didn’t go home. Starting June 24, I began my internship at Microsoft Global Technical Center. Two months flew by in an instant. During these two months, I got used to the routine of getting up in the morning, taking the bus to the company, and coming back at night to crash into bed. Life as an intern was sometimes so intense that I could barely catch my breath, yet at other times it was quite relaxing. What I was happiest about during the internship was that everything I had learned over the past year could be put to use. But through this period, I also deeply realized that I still had shortcomings in certain areas.

In this short remaining year before graduation, I hope to make significant progress and growth together with the Software College.
