ACM跟IEEE是一类组织，概括了。出版商跟学校里面，也都选了几个有代表性的而已。
学生跟ISI的关系已经修正。老师跟学生的关系本来就没不平等啊。

有点意思，似乎教授和学生的关系应该平等一点比较好，例如在这里学生和ISI都没有直接联系。作为计算机学科，ACM是不是应该出现一下比较好呢
